The three service options below represent our standard recruiting solutions.

Direct Hire

This option allows the client to interview and immediately employ a candidate presented by RRS. Top quality talent is often not readily available and this service enables us to fill difficult positions by tapping into our own network and more importantly, your competitor's network.

Contract

This option allows a client to utilize the services of an RRS employee for a specific project and duration and pay only for the actual hours used. RRS identifies a candidate for the job but allows the client to interview the candidate and make the final selection. Once the contract is started, RRS handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration. At the end of the assignment, the RRS contractor is reassigned with no further obligation by the client.

Contract-to-Hire

This option allows the client to utilize the services of an RRS employee as an hourly contractor with the intention of converting the contractor to an employee at the successful completion of the contract period. Once the contract is started, RRS handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration. The client and the candidate have the advantage of getting to know each other better before a final hiring decision is made reducing the risk to both parties.
